Step 2: Plan your trip:
According to your documents, we will provide your treatment plan, estimate for the total cost of your procedures and services and a detailed itinerary and destination information. We will set up your entire trip package/itinerary from start to finish. We will also process and safety transfer your medical records so that your privacy is fully protected. After you have reviewed and decided on all your travel and accommodations, we will confirm your reservations.( We will be available to answer your questions at every step.)
Step 3: Travel for treatment:
A local representative would be your host destination manager, who will arrange transportation from airport to hospital or hotel depending on your itinerary. A mobile phone will be provided for you. At the hospital, after the registration process, you will be accompanied to the initial consultation with the surgeon/physician. The attending physician will make the determination in terms of the pre-surgery / Treatments tests that are needed. Once you agree to the procedure it will be done shortly after all the test results are available. You will be staying at the hospital during the necessary recovery period.
Step 4: Travel Home:
We will accompany you to the airport. And when you are back, your case manager will contact you to discuss if you need any after care follow up and will help arrange this for you as well.
